Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and chosen method. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days and every order ships with tracking, emailed to you as soon as it leaves us.

Returns & refunds

Because our panels are personal-use wellness devices, we don't accept change-of-mind returns. If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you in full — and we cover return shipping.

2-year warranty
