Our policy at a glance

At genericRLT we stand behind every panel with a 2-year limited warranty. Because our devices are personal-use wellness products, we do not accept returns for change of mind. All sales are final except in the situations described below.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, does not work, or is not the item you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery via our contact page with your order number, a short description of the issue and photos or a video. Once we verify the problem we will, at our option, send a replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method. We cover the cost of return shipping for verified damaged, defective or incorrect items.

2-year limited warranty

Every genericRLT panel is covered against defects in materials and workmanship for 2 years from the date of delivery. If your device develops a covered fault during this period, we will repair or replace it free of charge. See our Warranty page for full details on what is and isn't covered and how to make a claim.

Non-defective items

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges of non-defective items, including opened, used or unused products returned for change of mind. If you believe you have a special circumstance, please reach out and we will review it case by case; any approved return of a non-defective item is shipped back at the customer's expense.

Order cancellations

You can cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it ships. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has shipped it can no longer be cancelled.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of approval. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the funds to appear.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your country or state. Where local law grants you a right to cancel or return a purchase, we will honor that right.
