Every genericRLT panel is built to be used daily, and we back that with a 2-year limited warranty from the date of delivery — double the coverage many big-name brands offer.
What's covered
- Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use
- LEDs that fail or stop emitting light
- Faults in the display, controls, timer or power supply
- Remote control and stand defects present on arrival
What's not covered
- Damage caused by drops, impacts, liquid exposure or misuse
- Normal cosmetic wear such as scratches or scuffs
- Damage from unauthorized repairs, modifications or use with incompatible power equipment
- Loss or theft
How to make a claim
- Contact us via our contact page with your order number.
- Describe the issue and include a photo or short video.
- Our team will troubleshoot with you and, if the fault is covered, arrange a repair or replacement at no cost to you, including shipping.
Warranty service is provided to the original purchaser with proof of purchase from genericRLT.com.
